Avatamsaka Sutra

We practice Zen in the Korean Tradition following Zen Master Seung Sahn and we are part of the Kwan Um School of Zen Germany.

Our guiding teacher is Zen Master Ji Kwang.

Friday 6:30 to about 8 p.m.

Sutra recitation / 2 x 30 minutes sitting meditation & Zen impulse

Afterwards you are welcome to join us for a cup of tea and and an informal exchange.

If there is a change of the practice time, it will be announced on this website.

An introduction can be arranged on Fridays before the regular practice. Please make an appointment with us via frankfurt@kwanumzen.de.

The introduction and the first practice are free. Afterwards a donation is welcome (recommendation Euro 5 for non-members).
