Invitation

We cordially invite you to our Zen Day with Zen Master Il Yeo. It is a wonderful opportunity to practice together in silence. During our Zen Day in Cologne, there will be opportunities for personal conversations with the Zen Master and an introduction to the kongan practice. The price includes a vegetarian meal, tea, and water.

What to bring: comfortable clothing; for the ritual meal: 4 bowls, 1 spoon, 2 cloth napkins or 2 cloth kitchen towels, and a teacup.
