Invitation

We cordially invite you to our Kido (“energy path”) with Zen master Ji Kwang. It is an opportunity to practice Zen together, especially in chanting. It
is a form of Zen practice that dates back to ancient China. It is difficult to develop thoughts in the face of the great noise created by the singing and percussion instruments.
Kido singing is accompanied by percussion instruments. A variety of instruments can be used, including moktaks, drums of all sizes, tambourines, triangles, sticks and small cymbals.
